Ray White Concierge is a division of the Ray White brand, and provides a value-add service to help new homeowners through the process of moving homes.
Ray White Concierge take care of everything including arranging connections, insurance, home loans and tax depreciation schedules to Ray White customers so they can enjoy their new home right from the start. Priority was very excited to have the opportunity to work with this team on their new fitout and office relocation to 62 Astor Terrace, Spring Hill.

Ray White Concierge’s young and vibrant office culture is a key feature that we wanted to highlight when designing their new office. This, combined with the strong Ray White branding, created a space that was fun, comfortable and interactive.
Ray White Concierge wanted to foster an open and collaborative environment that encourages interaction and communication between team members. This is a very progressive idea for a call centre environment – traditionally being very heavily partitioned with workstation screens and neighbours isolated in their own cubicles. By investing in technology, particularly noise cancelling headsets, Ray White Concierge were able to create the open, synergistic environment they were seeking, with views from one end of the office to the other. The open plan workstation area has since been dubbed the ‘Engine Room’ and handles the bulk of inbound and outbound communication with clients. The open plan nature, and the lack of dividing screens allow teams to work harmoniously, but also independently when required.
The Ray White corporate aesthetic and branding was a strong design influence throughout the whole design process. The ‘Yellow Door’ is iconic and synonymous with the Ray White brand. At the initial stages, it was decided that these yellow doors, with the addition of heritage mouldings, would become a feature of the space. This was intended to be a way to incorporate colour and playfulness, whilst making reference to the traditional Queenslander character houses. The design was further developed to include details such as the vinyl ‘heritage bar’ on the glazing, window flower boxes and VJ cladding to the front of house, creating an office environment with a domestic aesthetic.
The staff kitchen plays to the youth culture of the organisation and brings in the outdoors with the use of astro-turf flooring and bench seating, a table-tennis table, quirky outdoor furniture and cushions. The Queensland aesthetic continues with the banana palm wallpaper, a striking and eye-catching addition to the breakout area. The result is a fun, contemporary and youthful space that is innovative and fresh, and forms Ray White Concierge’s new home.
