MVM Legal, a specialist law firm based in Brisbane, had outgrown their current space and were looking to relocate.
They were attracted to 231 George Street because of the upgrades we were doing to modernise the building and its location in the heart of Brisbane’s legal precinct.
Due to the highly private nature of a large portion of MVM Legal’s business, their environment needed to include several private, enclosed offices. However, they describe themselves as a boutique firm designed to be different, and wanted the space to strike a balance between open communication and privacy.
MVM Legal needed to vacate their previous office space not long after signing their new lease. Priority developed a plan to complete the fitout on two levels and relocate MVM within 5 weeks, a highly shortened timeframe. Additional works were completed after they had moved in, involving work outside business hours to allow their team to function in the space during the day. MVM Legal now works from a modern, professional building optimally located in Brisbane’s legal precinct, in office space that clearly communicates their focus and suits the needs of their team.
