AMP Capital is a leading investment house with a heritage and strength in property and infrastructure, and specialist expertise in fixed income, equities and multi-asset solutions.
AMP approached Priority to design and construct a new workplace environment on the Ground Floor of 139 Coronation Drive, Milton. AMP needed the new design to increase the profile of the space and differentiate the vacant tenancy within the market, to assist the attraction of a prospective tenant.
An existing tenancy was stripped out and a new fitout was designed by Priority. The design incorporated a neutral, sophisticated colour scheme, with contemporary features such as an exposed ceiling. There were also architectural details, such as bulkheads, aimed at creating a visual impact. The new fitout included a reception area for guests, kitchen and breakout area, meeting room, enclosed office and sixteen workstations in an open plan design. The result was a stylish, practical workspace that quickly realised a new lease for the space.
