4impact are People, Project and Technology specialists, providing professional consultants to a range of high calibre clients.
They recognised the need for fresh and vibrant accommodation to highlight their brand and service capabilities, and to accommodate ‘off site’ project teams for their clients. It was important that the space reflected their culture of agility and innovation, while providing a relaxed and inclusive yet dynamic corporate environment. After seeing the realistic computer-generated design concepts and costs we developed for the building owner, 4impact decided to relocate and engaged Priority to design and build their new fitout.
After 4impact negotiated their lease, Priority’s objectives were to design and build an office that truly reflects their corporate identity, and to get them working out of that office very quickly. The layout captures 4impact’s key cultural values of innovation and social-collaboration. Numerous elements of activity-based workplace design, including visibility, open plan, flexible workspaces, casual breakout areas, areas for social interaction and varied meeting room configurations were integrated into the design.
Priority’s experience in fast-paced project management allowed our team to get onsite very quickly. Once onsite, our team completed the tenancy first, allowing 4impact to move in while we refurbished the exterior balcony. 4impact now proudly works out of a contemporary, unique office in a prime CBD location. The design and construction of their fitout in such an incredibly short timeframe is an indicator of the depth of experience and knowledge that enable us to manage such a fast-paced project safely without sacrificing quality.
