151 Property is a real estate investment group that own several major commercial buildings in Brisbane.
They designated one of their buildings in the heart of the CBD at 127 Creek Street to receive significant upgrades and refurbishments on several recently vacated levels in order to modernise a valuable asset, enabling tenants to easily realise its appeal.

Over the years, Priority have undertaken several projects for 151 Property that have resulted in increased occupancy and therefore increased value of the buildings for investors. We were engaged once again to take on a lengthy and complex project that included the makegood and refurbishment of several levels, the building of speculative fitouts to increase potential tenant interest, and the subdivision of one level to create two new tenancies for prospective businesses.
Our designers modernised these office spaces through the use of contemporary materials and finishes. Reception and waiting areas now convey a polished and updated vibe to businesses looking to relocate. Strategically placed timber screens encourage the flow of natural light, helping to minimise energy usage.
The colours utilised are fun and energetic, yet neutral enough to accommodate a wide variety of corporate brands. Staff kitchen areas, collaboration areas and workstations are designed with black, white and timber materials, which provide a high-calibre, professional environment that allows incoming tenants to personalise the area appropriate to their corporate messages. Colourful feature rugs in waiting areas and meeting rooms, along with funky pendant lights that carry through the timber material, lend energy and sophistication to the offices, creating inviting spaces for businesses looking for upscale spaces.
These upgrades invite businesses to occupy the building and advance their organisational goals. 151 Property’s asset is now modernised and ready for the future.
