24/7 On Call Maintenance

Our standard office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Scheduled Routine Maintenance and Annual Monetary Testing

Often tenants don’t realise, or remember, that regular testing of electrical, emergency and fire systems need to be carried out. We’ll work with you to ensure that tests are being performed at a minimum every 6 months and provide a schedule and log for routine maintenance inspections. Annual Monetary Testing includes an annual review of the key services in your building to make sure it is safe and compliant with regulations.
