24/7 On Call Maintenance

Our standard office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. We recognise that from time to time there are emergencies, so outside of these hours, simply call our Commercial Maintenance Division on 07 3666 2559 or email us and one of our experienced team members will contact you shortly to discuss the problem and begin finding the solution for you.

Scheduled Routine Maintenance and Annual Monetary Testing

Often tenants don’t realise, or remember, that regular testing of electrical, emergency and fire systems need to be carried out. We’ll work with you to ensure that tests are being performed at a minimum every 6 months and provide a schedule and log for routine maintenance inspections. Annual Monetary Testing includes an annual review of the key services in your building to make sure it is safe and compliant with regulations.
